Coventry City U18's striker Rob Ogleby keeps himself fit in the close season by running.
The Coventry based player who scored for City U18's on his debut versus Aston Villa last season, also runs for Coventry Godiva Harriers and was in fine form in the Midland Counties Championship.
At Birmingham's Alexander Stadium, Ogleby ran two personal bests. The first came in the U17's 100 metres with a wind assisted time of 11.19 seconds which gave him the victory.
It was silver in the 200 metres, as Rob finished behind Ben Sturgess btu record a time of 22.27.
