Coventry City Academy Manager Gregor Rioch feels that his current crop of youngsters are the best group he has worked with since he replaced Brian Borrows and Steve Ogrizovic.
Speaking about his side who top the Academy League Group B and who travel to Bristol Rovers tomorrow night for an FA Youth Cup tie, Rioch told Sky Blue Player: "They are a very mature group of lads who keep their head screwed at the right moments as they have shown this year.
"Since I have been here, they are the best group I have worked with at the Academy. They have a tough mentality but at the same time, they are all really down to earth which is important.
"I'm really pleased with how they approach challenges and this game is no exception as they all know they will have to be at full throttle to get a result."
