City U18's boss will have to lift his side after Wednesday night's FA Youth Cup exit at Southend, against a Cardiff side who have games in hand on the rest of the division.
The Sky Blues lost at Cardiff earlier in the season and are seventh in the FA Academy League Group B table with Cardiff 8th.
The kick off is at 11.30am.
