Greg Rioch's side left the Baggies training ground with a 4-3 win. Suliman Leluu, Matty West and a brace from Callum Wilson were the City goalscorers.
City U18's are at home to AFC Bournemouth next Saturday (July 26). Kick off at the Alan Higgs Centre is at 1pm.
