Coventry City U21's started their PDL League 2 North campaign with a 3-2 defeat at Sheffield Wednesday.
At Hillsborough, City took the lead with a fourth minute penalty converted by Mattieu Manset but Wednesday levelled through Caolan Lavery.
Wednesday hit the bar through a McKenzie header before Corry sidefooted at the City keeper.
The second half started with City going back in front following a great ball in which got behind the back of the Wednesday's defence allowing to Lewis Rankin score in the 51st minute before Wednesday levelled through Lavery.
Wednesday substitute Lambin hit the post and another spell of pressure, Rhys McCabe scored a winning third goal for The Owls with a free kick which sailed over City's defensive wall from just outside the penalty area.

City U21's are next in action on Friday night with a 'home' game against Crewe at 7pm, although it has still be to publically announced where this game will be played.
