Coventry City U21's snatched a late 1-1 draw at Charlton Athletic this afternoon.
Jamie Clapham was able to include Ivor Lawton who celebrated his birthday on Saturday for this game at Sparrows Lane and also included new signing Lateef Elford-Alliyu along with Conor Thomas and Ryan Haynes who had both come on for the first team in the 2-1 win at Burton Albion.
They face a Charlton side, who included former Sky Blue Franck Moussa and Regan Charles-Cook was facing his brother Reice who was in goal for City.
There were no goals in the first half although Franck Moussa did have one effort from forty yards which Charles-Cook scrambled away.
Moussa was replaced at half-time for a second half which saw Charlton take the lead through Hanlon in the 71st minute.
In the dying seconds, substitute Dan Smith won a corner and Ryan Haynes powerfully headed home from the resulting flag kick to get City a draw.
