A Coventry City U21's side beat a Shanghai FC Development side 2-1 in a behind closed doors friendly this afternoon at Warwick University.
Lee Carsley used the game to give Stephen Elliott and John Fleck (pictured below), a run out and it was the former Wolves and Hearts forward, who gave City the lead with a second half penalty. Courtney Baker-Richardson scored a second nine minutes later before the visitors scored a late goal.
City U21's are back to league action next Monday with a trip to Wilfort Lane in Nottingham, to face Nottingham Forest.
