Coventry City U23's drew 2-2 with Colchester United.
On a sunny afternoon at AHC, City struggled to break down a physical side in the first half but in the second they took the lead in the 51st minute when George Thomas was left alone following a free kick.
Colchester levelled four minutes later through Decarry Sheriff following a corner.
In the 83rd minute, City scored what they and the City support thought would be the winning goal when McBean and Devon Kelly-Evans had shots blocked and George Thomas slotted home
However, five minutes later, parity was restored when Charley Edge curled home from twenty yards to give both sides a point.
