Coventry City U23's won 4-2 at Bedworth United in their first pre-season game.
City named Chris Stokes plus three trialists for the game at The Oval and it was one of those trialists Daniel Armstrong who fired City ahead in the 33rd minute.
Bedworth drew level in the 52nd minute through an Alex Troke free kick but in the 59th minute, Billy Stedman had City back in back in front.
In the 71st minute, Troke equalised. However, Jack Burroughs came back on and he scored in the 78th minute to give City the lead again.
Just before the end, Stedman scored again to give City a 4-2 win.
