Coventry City U21's coach Lee Glover has said that his side has a lot of players who are playing above their age.
Speaking to Keiran Crowley after City's final game of 2015, in a year which saw performances and results improve under Dave Hockaday and Jamie Clapham before tailing off a bit as City fielded more and more youngsters instead of the experienced professionals that they had been earlier in the season, current imcumbent, the fourth U21 coach of 2015, Lee Glover said: "Whilst we don't have a full Under-21s group, it's important we work on developing players who will be good enough for the first-team and that is always the aim.
"The pleasing thing is that a lot of the Under-18s have taken their chance in the Under-21s and performed really well.
"We've got a lot of players who are currently playing above their age and we're really delighted with that."
