Coventry City U21 coach Lee Glover has said that his side's 1-1 draw against League 2 North champions Huddersfield Town was a great point.
Speaking to Laura Hunter, Glover said: “It’s a great point. Before Christmas, we’d have gone under against a side like that. But the lads have shown a bit of resolve and discipline and a lot of commitment to stay in the game.
“We had chances to go on and nick it, so a vast improvement over the past 6 months. We started improving but I still wasn’t seeing results, now in to April we have picked up momentum. Ruthless finishing, putting sides to the sword.
“It’s taken a while in coming, but the lads have started to apply themselves better and finished the season strongly.”
