Coventry City Academy boss Greg Rioch has said that City will travel to Blackburn Rovers tonight looking to play Stoke City at home in the next round.
City won 3-2 at Bristol Rovers in Round Three and face a difficult task at Ewood Park tonight against a Blackburn side, who like the Sky Blues are doing well in their league.
If they get through, they will face Stoke City who beat Brentford 2-1 in extra time and Rioch said to Sky Blue Player: "We went and watched Stoke City last week and they are a good side. Whoever wins tomorrow night will play at home and hopefully it will be us.
"It would be lovely for the supporters to see our young generation coming through and playing on our big stage. It will definitely motivate the players as the players really want to play at the Ricoh.
“In a way, the side have got used to winning and hopefully we can use all of our experience we have built up this year, and get the next tie back at the Ricoh Arena.”
