Coventry City U18's manager Gregor Rioch has been talking about City's U18's 4-1 defeat at Reading on Saturday.
Speaking to the club website, Rioch said: "I think the general consensus is that we worked very well without the ball and that we put some good pressure on Reading.
"But it was disappointing to concede another goal from a cross and we will be working hard on defending and putting in deliveries during training because at the other end our strikers need that service.
"They scored two goals which might not have stood on another day, and if they are ruled out, we go into half-time at 1-1 and it is a different game - but that's the level we are playing at and you have to take it on the chin and move on."
There was a fantastic bit of magic from Gael and he's given us that on a few occasions this season - he sees things others might not."
City's next game is the re-arranged home game against Watford next Tuesday.
