Coventry City U21 Boss Darren Murray has said that his side need more after their 0-0 draw with Swansea City at Nuneaton Town.
Murray told Keiran Crowley: "If work-rate is the be-all-and-end-all in the second-half, we'll take the point but after watching that, we need more than that.
"The lack of application in the first-half is unacceptable.
The system we play depends on everyone doing their job and if one or two people don't do their job, it doesn't work.
"That will be the last time that first-half performance happens."We've got to be aggressive in our press and we've got to get up to the pace of the game and we need to be better than that."
