Coventry City U21's coach Darren Murray has said that his players were excellent during their 2-0 victory at Queens Park Rangers last night.
City won their first U21 game of the season and their first since last January with goals from Ivor Lawton and James Maddison and speaking to Keiran Crowley, Darren Murray said: "We came down here with a game-plan, making a slight tweak to the system and it certainly worked for us. On the transition, we were excellent tonight.
"We could have won by a greater margin but it was really good to watch tonight and that was the Coventry City way.
"The challenge for us as a team is to continue winning whilst the challenge for some of these players is to break into the first-team."
