Sphinx came through the final qualifying round with a 1-0 victory over Brocton on Saturday and will take on Anstey Nomads at Sphinx Drive on Saturday October 2nd.
Nomads qualified for this stage by a walkover after their opponents Oldbury withdrew from the competition.
Coventry Copsewood, if they win their replay against Dudley Town tonight, will have a home game with Heath Town Rangers.
Southam United will also need to win in a replay tonight against Thurnby Nirvana, if they are to face Shifnal Town at home.
