After Tuesday night's superb 2-0 victory at Southern League Midland Division Stourport Swifts, Sphinx travel to Hood Park to face an Ivanhoe side making their debut in the competition.
Ivanhoe are currently second in the Leicestershire Senior League Premier Division and won 6-1 at Birstall United on Saturday before beating Asfordby Amateurs 3-2 at home on Monday afternoon.
The match will be played at Hood Park Leisure Centre, North Street, Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire, LE65 1HU - 01530 412181 and kick off is at 3pm.

Danny McSheffrey has yet to confirm his squad but is expected the name most of the players who played against Stourport.
The winner of the tie will be away to either Causeway United or Ellesmere Rangers on Saturday September 19th with the winners taking on Dudley Town or Loughborough University in the 1st Round Proper.
The winner of Saturday's tie will also receive £800 in prize money from the FA Vase prize fund.
