Paul Charnley's side were ahead in the 17th minute thanks to defender Jamie McAteer and went into the brwak, two goals ahead thanks to Callum Woodward getting on the scoresheet.
Dominic Heath pulled one back in the 67th minute but Sphinx had done enough to win.
