Coventry Sphinx face a replay against Lye Town on Monday night at Sphinx Drive after drawing 2-2 in a game played at Bromsgrove Sporting.
Lye took a 20th minute lead but Mitch Piggon fired Sphinx level in the 32nd minute.
Ash Jackson bundled Sphinx ahead early in the second half but Lye equalised to force a replay.
