Having received byes into the second round proper, thanks to their heroic run in the competition last season, Sphinx will travel to Stone Dominoes.
The game will be played in Stone on November 15th.
Last season's winners Kirkham & Wesham, now AFC Fylde have a home tie against Newcastle Benfield with Stratford Town at home to Causeway United.
