The indian sign that Barwell had over Coventry Sphinx disappeared this afternoon as Sphinx turned into a super performance to beat Barwell 4-2.
The Sphinx support were delighted when Jerome Murdock put Paul Charnley's side ahead in the 22nd minute and sixteen minutes later, a Thierry Batomen own goal gave them a two goal lead going into the break.
Murdock added his second of the afternoon in the 53rd minute with Robbie Stevenson hitting a fourth three minutes later.
Marcus Law's side came back with Francino Francis scoring on 64 minutes and in the final minute, former Coventry City youngster Ange Lourougnon back in England after a spell in France scored in the last minute.
The win lifts Sphinx to fourth in the table, five points behind leaders Market Drayton who have four games in hand.
