Current boss Paul Charnley will step down at the end of the season after three and a half years and steered the club to the Midland Combination Premier Division title and into the Midland Alliance.

Last season, Sphinx went on a mazy run in the FA Vase before going out to the eventual winners in a sixth round replay and this year, the team have been in the top six of the Alliance all season.
