Coventry Sphinx are through to the Third Round Qualifying of the FA Vase after a 4-3 victory over Ellistown and Ibstock.
At Sphinx Drive, Luke Hopkins side took the lead through Lewis McBride only for the Leicestershire side to level.
A Mitch Piggon header had Sphinx in front and before the break, Sphinx had two more goals.
Both were the results of penalties. The first saw Lewis Rankin brought down. The keeper saved Tom Bates' spot kick but Charlie Wilson was on hand to thump home the rebound.
The second was converted by Richard Blythe and saw Sphinx 4-1 up at half-time.
Ellistown scored a second goal in the 65th minute and a third goal three minutes later but Sphinx had done enough to book their place in the next round.
