Coventry Sphinx Youth were beaten 4-1 at home tonight by AFC Telford in a Midweek Floodlit League Premier Division encounter.
The league leaders took the lead in the third minute and doubled their score twenty nine minutes later.
Danny Loney pulled one back for Sphinx two minutes into the second half, but Telford who had beaten Sphinx earlier in the season added two more.
The goals came in the 52nd and 89th minute and completed a miserable night for Steve Shea and Neil Moran's side who had Andy Wilson King sent off in stoppage time.
Sphinx travel to Hednesford on Monday night and a week later, travel to Redditch United for a League Cup tie.
