Cov led but went 2-1 down before equalising through Megan White to send the game into extra time.
Cov retook the lead through Jo Ryan only for Molly Parker to equalise and send the game to penalties which Cov won 4-3 with Cov's goalkeeper Kerry Williamson one of those who converted their spot kicks.
