Former Coventry City Chairman Geoffrey Robinson has been re-elected as Labour MP for Coventry North West for a ninth successive time.
Mr Robinson polled 19, 936 votes which was 42.8% of the vote, Other votes saw Conservatives 13,468, Lib Dem 8,344, BNP 1,666, UKIP 1,295, Ind 640, Green 497, Soc Alt 370, Christian 164.
Labour's Jim Cunningham retained his Coventry South seat with 19,197 votes. The rest of the votes were Con 15,352, Lib Dem 8,278, UKIP 1767, Soc Alt 695, Green 639.
Labour's Bob Ainsworth again won the Coventry North East seat. The Defence Minister polled 21,384 votes with Conservatives getting 9,609, Lib Dem 7,210, BNP 1,863, Soc Alt 1,592, UKIP 1,291, Christ 434
The Coventry count, held at the Sports Centre in Fairfax Street, was delayed due to a reported 600 ballot papers put in the wrong election boxes and was one of the longest election nights on record with the results not being announced until 5.40am.
The turn out was Coventry North East 59.7%, Coventry North West 64%, Coventry South 62%.
In Nuneaton, Conservative Marcus Jones was voted in with a 2,069 majority to give the Torys a gain from Labour after Bill Olner retired.
Nuneaton results: Martyn Findley (BNP) 2,797, Christine Jebb (Lib Dem) 6,846, Jayne Innes (Lab) 16,467, Marcus Jones (Con) 18 536.
There was a second recount in North Warwickshire as there was 54 votes between the candidates which saw former soldier Dan Byles for the Conservatives take the seat from Health Minister & Labour MP Mike O'Brien. The votes were Con 18,993, Lab 18,939, Lib Dem 5,481, BNP 2,106, UKIP 1335, Eng Dem 411.
Rugby had a turn out of 70% and saw another gain for the Conservatives. Mark Pawsey had 20,901 votes with Labour 14,971, Lib Dem 9,434, BNP 1,375,Green 451, UKIP 406.
In Stratford, The Conservatives retained their seat with 26,052 votes for Nadhim Zahawi. The rest of the vote was: Lib Dems 14,706, Labour 4,809, UKIP 1846, BNP 1097,Ind 1032, Green 527, Eng Dem 473.
The results for Kenilworth/Southam in which Coventry City supporter Joe Rukin stood, saw Rukin polled 362 votes in the constituency that Conservatives Jeremy Wright held the seat with 25,945 votes. Other votes were Lib Dems 13,393, Labour 6, 949, UKIP 1,214, Green 568.
In Warwick/Leamington, there was another gain for the Conservatives with Chris White taking 20.876 of the vote from Labour's James Plaskit who polled 17,363 votes. The Lib Dems had 8,977 votes, UKIP 926, Green 693 and Independent 197.

City supporters John Mutton and Ann Lucas were re-elected.
