David Koldynski has left Rugby Town to join Kettering Town.
Kolodynski was the leading ever goalscorer at Rugby Town and scored 74 times in the last two seasons for the Butlin Road club.
The striker said that he needed a new challenge and told Kettering's website: “I’m excited about the new challenge, it’ll be good to join a team that is currently top of the league and hopefully to score some goals to keep us at the top. I like to play in front of big crowds and win, and Kettering are doing that this season.”
When asked whether he’d hit the 30 goal mark again (for the 3rd straight season) and add to the 14 goals he’s already scored, Kolo was full of confidence - “that would be looking at it negatively. I want to improve on the 39 goals I scored last season. 40 goals is the minimum but it could be more, and with the chances the team are creating it should be more”
