Stratford Town 1-1 Hitchin Town. Tyrone Fagan gave Stratford the lead but Donnelly equalised. Stratford had McGrath sent off late on.

Gresley 1-3 Rugby Town - Kevin Thonton gave Rugby a lead and then added a second before a Thornton cross was headed into his own net by a defender. Sam Andrew pulled a goal back but Thornton's efforts had won the game for Rugby.
