Rosswood farm shop, has just reopened under new management on Stoneleigh Road, Baginton, Coventry.
It’s an exciting new project, that sources its fresh produce locally and even delivers to your door if you so wish, but the fun really begins when you give the shop a visit and give yourself the full experience of what this excitingly innovative business has to offer. The shop is an Aladdin’s cave of fine and healthy produce, from ginger to Japanese onions, Scotch Bonnet Peppers to olives and Speciality pies to homemade jams. The shop is a family-run venture between Kate Glazzard, Coventry City supporter Neil Twigger and their daughter Lucy.
Business Owner Kate Glazzard said of the venture:“The shop is located facing the West entrance gates of Coventry Airport, just up the road from The Baginton Oak. We have sourced our produce from local growers, including our vegetables, pies and cheese. We sell hanging baskets, shrubs and we deliver plants and boxes of fruit and vegetables all over the West Midlands area”.
Kate continued: “We have are own chickens, ducks and geese, so all our eggs are fresh from the farm, and all our birds have a huge area to run around in. Already we have had a great amount of positive feedback, from people a little jaded with supermarket products and our many repeat orders are the ultimate testament to the quality of our produce and of our rationale and our customer care. People can see what we are trying to do here, and once they visit they are keen to support us, and enjoy a little of the good life”.
