Rugby Town are out of the FA Trophy after losing 4-2 at St Ives Town.
Rugby took the lead through David Kolodynski but the hosts levelled with a curling 25 yarder before going ahead with a header from a corner.
Rugby never really recovered from conceding two quick goals and went 3-1 down to a Watson goal early in the second half.
Deeth then headed home a fourth and although Kevin Thornton ran into the area and scored a second, Rugby were out of the FA Trophy.
