British cyclist Bradley Wiggins will ride in the Tour Of Britain which starts on Saturday.
Wiggins, who won the British Time Trial Championships in Buckinghamshire last weekend, is in a strong field which will see many of those who took part in the Tour De France participating along side the cream of British talent.
As well as the major professional teams including Wiggins' Garmin Slipstream team and Colombia HTC, who will not field Mark Cavendish as he is currently in the Tour Of Missouri, British Team Sky will enter a team.
Six British riders in Geraint Thomas, Steve Cummings, Pete Kennaugh, Chris Froome, Ian Stannard and Russell Downing have all signed up and the team has today signed ten more who have been named as Edvald Boasson Hagen, Thomas Lövkvist, Kurt Asle Arvesen, Simon Gerrans, Juan Antonio, Flecha, Kjell Calström, John Lee Augustyn, Greg Henderson, Las Petter Nordhaug and Morris Possoni.
