Coventry Bees beat Lakeside Hammers 54-39 in an Elite League meeting.
The Bees lost the first heat 4-2 before two 3-3's, the second of which saw Chris Harris suffer an engine failure.
Lewis Bridge crashed in another 3-3 before Jason Garrity and Adam Roynon rode to a 5-1.
Kacper Woryna rode to a 5-1 in heat six with Krzysztof Kasprzak doing the same in heat seven as did James Sarjeant and Jason Garrity to see the Bees 36-18 up after nine heats.
Jonsson took the tactical ride in heat ten and won in a 6-3 to reduce the Bees lead to fifteen points.
The Hammers then rode to a 5-1 before Kerr won in a 3-3 and Kasprzak won in a 5-1 to restore the Bees fifteen point lead.
Woryna rode to victory in a 3-3 and in the final heat, Kasprzak and King went up against Jonsson and Lawson. Jonsson won with Kasprzak second as the meeting ended with a 3-3 and a fifteen point win for the Bees.
