Blaze Lose At Belfast On Penalty Strokes

Coventry Blaze ice Hockey team were beaten on penalty strokes tonight away to Belfast Giants.

The Blaze were ahead on 3.31 when Brenden Walker scored on his debut, assisted by Lauzon and Trimm.

Belfast levelled on 28.21 and with no more goals, the game went into over-time and then penalty strokes.

Drew Fisher missed and Higgins had his shot saved. Trimm and Rutherford both scored and after Lauzon missed, Belfast scored to take the win.
