Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey team were beaten 4-3 by Nottingham Panthers at the Sky Dome tonight.
Evan Mosey put the Blaze a goal down on 15.04 and it was two on 25.52 with a Jonathan Boxill short-handed goal.
Back came the Blaze with a goal from Steven Chalmers on 29.24, assisted by Ben Arnt and a goal on the powerplay from Steve Goertzen on 35.09, assisted by Jakub Sindel and Ross Venus.
But in the third period, Chris Lawrence struck twice with goals on 51.54 and 55.27 to put the visitors 4-2 up before Jereme Tendler reduced the arrears, assisted by Craig Cescon on 57.11.
