Lars Boom won the Eneco Tour this afternoon.
The final stage was a 207.7km stage from Maldegem to Geraardsbergen and saw a nine man break being finally caught
Svain Tuft (Orica-GreenEdge) led the race by four seconds from Boom but he had a mare of a day and suffered a time penalty as BMC's Alessandro Ballan won the stage which featured three climbs of the Muur van Geraardsbergen.
Boom came in just behind Ballan and took the race victory overall ahead of Sylvain Chavanel and Nicky Terpstra.
