The final stage 3B was a 14.7km time trial around De Panne and saw Jan Mouris set the early best time so far of 18.37.

After Mark Cavendish finished in a time of 19.09, Katusha's Alexander Kristoff was the last man down the ramp but came home in a time of 18.33 to give Chavanal the win and take the Three Days Of De Panne ahead of Kristoff. Mark Cavendish was tenth.
