Coventry Storm Speedway Team will again have the support their main sponsors City Gearboxes in 2015.
Storm manager Laurence Rogers said about the company owned by Gary Drinkwater: “I call Gary our ‘super sponsor’ and it’s incredible how it’s grown from him sponsoring a Midland Development League race for £40, and now to what he brings to the table in supporting the Storm boys.
“It’s been a hell of a bonus for the club and we’re absolutely delighted that it’s continuing this year along with Gary giving support to the whole National League, which shows his true commitment to the sport at this level.”
With City Gearboxes continuing to back the Storm and Buildbase again the title sponsors of the Bees, along with deals announced this week for Teng Tools and NGK to remain as club partners, promoter Mick Horton has thanked all of Coventry’s backers for their support.
He said: “I’m over the moon that all of these companies are back with us, they all continue to give us terrific support and it shows things are moving in the right direction. We’re all very much looking forward to the new season.”
