The Coventry & District Cricket Association presented cheques totalling three thousand points at their Charity Cheque Presentation Evening on Wednesday 7th October 2015 at Newdigate Sports & Social Club, Smorrall Lane Bedworth.
Principal Guests included the Lord Mayor of Coventry and the Mayor of Nuneaton and Bedworth and the charities who were presented with cheques were: The Lord Mayor of Coventry appeal, Mayor of Nuneaton and Bedworth appeal, Mary Ann Evans Hospice, BASICS, Coventry Resource Centre for the Blind, Bedworth Fellowship for the Disabled, Harry Weston Memorial Fund, Enterprise Club, The Children`s Boot Fund, Motor Neurone Society, SSAFA Forces Help and The Macular Society.
The trophies to the winners of our Mid-Week Competitions, namely Pak Stars and Coventry Unity respectively were also presented.
