Coventry Bees are through to the Elite League Final after a 50-45 victory at Swindon Robins which gave Gary Havelock's team a 99-86 aggregate.
The Bees had an eight point lead from the first leg and Max Fricke guesting going into this second leg of the Elite League Play-Offs.
There was plenty of work going on but unlike the Poole V Kings Lynn semi-final which will now be raced on Thursday, the meeting went ahead with Hans Andersen and Kyle Howarth riding in the first heat.
Peter Kildemand got away but Howarth and Andersen followed and were able to take a 3-3.
James Sarjeant and Jason Garrity went for the Bees in the second heat Greaves went down just after Sarjeant had for past Steve Worrall and into the lead and the Bees recorded a 4-2 win.
Bees skipper Chris Harris and Max Fricke gated well and led all the way to take a 5-1 and put the Bees 12-6 up.
For heat four, Kyle Howarth and Sarjeant rode with Howarth taking the lead and winning ahead of Gustaffson and Sarjeant in a 4-2 affer Greaves bike had packed up again.
Kenneth Hansen had his first ride of the night in the fifth heat along with Max Fricke against Kildemand and Batchelor who took the lead. Fricke followed, persued by Kildemand and it was a 4-2 to Swindon.
Harris and Andersen rode in heat six which had to be re-run. The Bees went onto a 5-1 with Andersen leading Harris and went 23-13 ahead.
Being ten points up, Swindon were allowed a tactical ride in heat seven and Nick Morris was nominated by former Bees manager Alun Rossiter. Garrity and Hansen went for the Bees. Steve Worrall went down. But on the second lap, Morris who was in third suddenly took the lead and won for a 6-3.
Fricke and Howarth gated well against a Robins side which only had Gustaffson left by the time Fricke took the 5-1 win.
Garrity and Sarjeant were the Bees riders in heat nine which was re-run. Garrity was given a warning and was forced into third by Worrall as Sarjeant led to ensure a 4-2 heat win to the Bees with Greaves not finishing the race yet again.
The Bees were 35-22 up going into heat ten. Max Fricke took the lead against Kildemand who was taking a tactical ride and with Harris coming third, the Bees took a 4-4.
Andersen and Hansen went in heat eleven. Dakota North got into the lead followed by Andersen and the Robins took a 4-2 which put them 41-30 down.
Howarth led heat twelve, whilst Sarjeant did his best get round Worrall but a 4-2 heat win was good enough and some of the Swindon fans started to head for the exits.
In heat thirteen, Chris Harris rode along with Andersen but Swindon gated and Kildemand won in a 5-1 to make the score 45-38 to the Bees.
Simon Gustaffsson took the lead followed by Garrity and Hansen in the penultimate heat. Garrity went down on the second lap as Swindon took a 4-2 to reduce the gap to five points.
As "Ghost Town" by The Specials blasted out of the tannoy, Max Fricke and Kyle Howarth took to the track for the final heat. Howarth took on Batchelor and Kildemand and won in a 3-3 to see the Bees win 50-45.
"The job is only half done. Our team has been strong all season and it has been great to be with them this season.," said Gary Havelock, the Bees boss.
