British rider Alex Dowsett has signed a three year extension to his current contract with Spanish team Movistar.
Dowsett, the former British Time Trial Champion and current Commonwealth Games Time Trial champion joined Movistar in 2013 and has done well for the team with a victory in the time trial at the 2013 Giro D'Italia as well as briefly leading this year's Tour Of Britain.
The rider from Essex has signed a new contract to take him up to the end of the 2017 season.
