Coventry Bees rider James Sarjeant will ride for Premier League side Glasgow next season.
The Bees asset is part of the Elite League Fast Track scheme which will decide team places at a meeting next week.
The Bees also expect Jason Garrity to be on the scheme, riding for Rye House in the Premier League.
