Seven Points For King In British Speedway Grand Prix

British champion and Coventry Bees rider Danny King scored seven points in the British Speedway Grand Prix in Cardiff tonight.

With Coventry Bees race starter Gary Snookes, starting the heats, King was fourth in heat four, fourth in heat five, a second place in heat twelve, a second place in heat fourteen before a superb win in heat nineteen to take seven points from the meeting and give himself a good chance of being in the British team for the World Cup.

Fellow Coventry Bees rider Chris Harris scored one point from his five riders.

Antonio Lindback won the final beating Tai Woffinden.
