Coventry Storm speedway team made it a double with a victory over Stoke at Brandon.
Having beaten Kings Lynn 50-43 in the opening meeting, the Storm took on Stoke in the second meeting of the day and both sides had 4-2 heat wins before Knuckey and Baseby won in a 5-1 in heat three.
Two 3-3's were followed by a 4-2 for both sides and then a 5-1 win for the Storm with Conor Dwyer and Mark Shuttleworth taking the points which the Storm 28-20 up after eight heats.
A 3-3 and a 4-2 win for The Storm forced Stoke into a tactical ride in heat eleven. Armstrong took that and won in a 6-3 to reduce the Storm's lead to seven points.
Another 3-3 which saw a win for Mark Baseby was followed by two 4-2 wins for the Storm and although Stoke won the last heat 5-1, Coventry Storm had won the meeting 50-43.
