David Millar has said that taking drugs was too easy.
The Garmin rider and Commonwealth Bronze medalist was banned for doping in 2002 and after serving a two year ban, now lectures on the problems with drugs when he is not racing.
Speaking on the BBC Hardtalk Programme, Millar said taking drugs in order to win the World Championship was too easy but left him feeling empty and said that if he not been busted, he did not even know if he would be alive now.
