The Belgian classic - The Tour Of Flanders or De Ronde to the locals, takes place tomorrow.
The race first run in 1913, is known for its hills and cobbles and will be run from Bruges to Oudenaarde.
Only one Brit has ever won the race and that was Tom Simpson in 1961, although Ireland's great Sean Kelly, who will probably be commentating on the race for Eurosport, has finished as runner up on three occasions.
Hopes of a British win this time round are slim as the only two Brits scheduled to take part as Team Sky Domestiques Jeremy Hunt and Ian Stannard.
After winning the traditional warm up - the Three Days Of De Panne, Sylvain Chavanel will be amongst the favourites which include twice winner Tom Boonen, Andrei Greipel, Fabian Cancellera and Phillipe Gilbert.
