Warwickshire County Cricket Cricket Club are trailing after the third day of their County Championship game against Lancashire at Old Trafford.
Warwicks resumed on 202-6 and seventeen runs before Keith Barker was out for 64.
Jeetan Patal went for 19 and Boyd Rankin lasted only three balls without scoring before Oliver Hannon-Dalby was bowled by Parkinson for eight and Warwicks were all out for 263 with Tim Ambrose not out on seventy, some thirty five runs behind.
Lancs put on 52 for the opening which saw Smith caught by Patal off the bowling of Rankin for nineteen.
Keith Barker then removed Proctor for 21, Petersen for five and Croft for a duck with Patal having Brown caught by Ambrose for one.
However, Hasseb Hammed hit an unbeaten 81 and Livingstone 39 as Lancs closed on 170-5, some 215 runs ahead.
