Warwicks had Josh Poysden take 4-19 from eight overs as they restricted the visitors to 179-6 from 34 overs.
Clarke top scored for the Pears with 52 from 45 balls including ten fours.
Warwicks batted and had Ateeq Javid trapped lbw by Shantry for thirteen.
Umeed added thirty runs before he was caught by Whiteley and Jonathan Trott was bowled by Leach for eight.
However, Mellor made an unbeaten fifty from 72 balls and Thomson made 42 as Warwicks ended the game on 149-3 and the match declared a draw.
