Warwickshire County Cricket Club forced Durham to follow on, on the third day of their County Championship game at Edgbaston.
Durham resumed on 50-3 and quickly lost McLeod who was bowled by Richard Jones for three.
With the score on eighty five, Keith Barker struck to remove Richardson and Mustard and when he had Coughlin out six runs later, Barker had taken his haul of wickers to four.
Durham did get five penalty runs when Tim Ambrose spilled a Ricky Clarke delivery on to a helmet left on the field before Clarke removed Hastings.
Durham were on 182-8 at lunch and in the second session, Jones bowled Rushworth for 15 and Boyd Rankin bowled Paul Collingwood who had made 68 and Durham were all out for 185, giving Warwicks a lead of 265.
In the third over, Jennings lost his wicket when he was caught by Clarke off the bowling of Barker for three and six overs later, Barker had Borthwick trapped lbw for fourteen.
With Durham on 53-2 after fourteen overs, the rain came down. Play did resume and Barker picked up a third wicket when he Richardson caught for 47.
In the 45th over, Rankin had McLeod caught for eleven as Durham closed on 189-4, seventy six runs behind with Mark Stoneman 83 not out.
