Warwicks resumed on 413-8 and lost Oliver Hannon-Dalby for five to become Chris Rudhworth's sixth victim.

The Warwickshire attack struck early with Hannon-Dalby removed Keaton Jennings without scoring.
Scott Borthwick added twenty before Jeetan Patal had Stoneham who had made 45 caught by Varun Chopra.
Gordon Muchall was finding runs but he was running out of partners as Porterfield ran out Richardson, a cracking catch from Rikki Clarke removed Collingwood and Keith Barke had Breese caught.
Muchall went for 52, caught behind by Tim Ambrose to give Barker a third wicket and then it was case of mopping up the tail.
Ryan Pringle made a spirited 38 before succumbing to Boyd Rankin who also removed Rushworth and with Patal having taken care of Wood, Durham were all out for 215 in 50.1 overs and Warwicks took the victory.
