Warwickshire County Cricket Club ended the second day of their County Championship game against Lancashire trailing by 106 runs.
Lancs resumed their first innings at Old Trafford on 196-4 and lost Brown for 61 before Steven Croft was caught behind by Tim Ambrose after completing his century.
Lilley went for 12, Wagner for 5, Jarvis for 8 before Jeetan Patal took his third wicket when he bowled Parkinson for nine to see Lancs all out for 308 from 103.1 overs.
Warwicks came in and put on fifty four before Andy Umeed was caught after making eighteen.
Ian Bell went after two ball without scoring and Jon Trott swiftly followed after making three runs.
Varun Chopra had batted well but he was caught behind after making 59 and his wicket was soon followed by that of Sam Hain for eight and Ricky Clarke for a duck.
Warwicks were on 94-6 but Tim Ambrose and Keith Barker came together with Ambrose unbeaten on 48 and Barker on 57 to see Warwicks on 202-6 at stumps.
